This single-varietal Verdejo comes from higher-altitude parcels, where bush vines are roughly 35 years old. It was night harvested, macerated for 1 to 2 days, and then racked into the barrel for aging on the fine lees for 7 to 9 months.   

All the Verdejo grape notes of lime, grapefruit, and honeydew with a round, slightly creamy texture from the oak barrel influence. Pair with melon and prosciutto, creamy polenta dishes with poultry, or dishes with lemon butter sauce.
