Formerly the vineyards of the formidable Château de Troussay, Domaine de Montcy was purchased by the Chevrier family from Laura Semeria in 2020. Siblings Valeìrie, Vincent, and Thierry Chevrier brought on and have supported oenologist and viticulturist Vincent Bonnal in carrying on natural vinification without yeasting or enzyme, allowing maximum expression of the terroir with a minimum and controlled use of sulfur.

75% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay, 5% Côt.

Red berry aromas with a hint of spice and earthiness. The palate is layered with cherry and raspberry flavors, supported by gentle tannins. The finish is nuanced with lingering notes of red bramble fruit and a touch of oak.
